In order to offer our amazing prices with your favorite brands, we must provide enough orders to the brands we are selling. We use our large email base as buying power to prove to the brands that when they give us a great deal on their products, we will supply enough orders to make it worth their time. It's strength in numbers.

Product Pricing and Quality

If within 7 days of your Bowery Ave. purchase, you find the identical item sold for a lower price by a different online retailer, Bowery will match the advertised price, including any applicable shipping fees charged by the other retailer.  Please email customers@boweryave.com with a link to the identical item on the other site to verify an eligible price match.

Our policy requires:

Price match must be on item of identical style, size, and color. We will not price match factory seconds, open-box items, any non-new merchandise, or items sold at auction or by a wholesaler or liquidator. The identical item must be in stock on the retailer's site. The retailer's promotions must be publicly visible on their site for verification and not require sign up. The retailer's first time customer and other personalized coupons do not apply. The retailer's website must be an authorized distributor of the brand. The retailer's price must be published in U.S. dollars.

We are obligated to charge any applicable sales tax on the competitor's price.

Price Adjustments

If an item you previously purchased from Bowery is marked down within seven (7) days of the original order date, we will adjust the price of an item, once. To verify a price adjustment, please email customers@boweryave.com

Include your original order number with your request. Eligible refunds will be applied to your original form of payment

Please note that any promotional pricing is for a limited time only and cannot be honored after the sale has ended.

Absolutely. Although are prices may seem unreal, these brands are authentic. You will even receive your order directly from the brand listed on the product page. You will often be able to find the exact same product on their website. In some cases, the partner brand my sell their items exclusively on our site.

When it comes to vintage items such as watches and accessories, those products will be shipped from a third-party curator, not the brand directly. However, it will be shipped with a certificate of authentication.

All Bowery Ave branded products will be shipped directly from us.

Shipping

Each brand sells and ships their own product, you will see the brand listed at the top of each product page as well as under the "add to cart" button.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders unless noted on the product detail page.

In some cases, we may charge more for shipping depending on the weight of the product. Every product page and your shopping cart will list the cost of shipping.

Because our partner brands are shipping to you, please allow up to 2 business days for them to process the order before your order ships. Once they ship to you, it will arrive in 3-5 business days.

Personalized items can take up to 14 days to be completed.

Bowery Ave branded will ship via USPS.

Our partner brands ship using their preferred method, either USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Your shipping notification will include the tracking number for each item.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number shortly after we ship. Please allow the tracking link about 24-48 hours to show any updates. If you don't receive an email, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

No, at this time we only ship the USA and US Territories. 

Returns

Return policies are listed in the details of each product page. You will see the brand listed above the product title. Most items are either final sale or returnable for store credit.

Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. We sell these products as “Final Sale” to maintain such significant discounts. If you are concerned that you may wish to return an item, please check whether it is “Final Sale” prior to making your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at customers@boweryave.com a photo of the damage and your order number within 48 hours of receiving your order from the brand. If you are unable to send us an inquiry within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. Acceptance of a return is within our sole discretion.

Items marked “Return for store credit” are returnable for a gift card within 7 days of receiving the item. We will send you a return label for free return shipping. Upon receipt we will email you a certificate with your store credit.

Size and color exchanges would be at the discretion of the third-party brand, we will facilitate the process but cannot guarantee any outcome.
