This Subscription Policy governs your purchase and ongoing subscription of the Bowery Ave. Black Card Membership. By purchasing the Membership, you agree to be bound by this Subscription Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

Subscription Fee and Renewal

• The subscription fee for the Black Card Membership is $49.00 per year ("Subscription Fee").

• Your Membership will automatically renew each year on the date of your original purchase ("Renewal Date").

• Prior to the Renewal Date, we will notify you of the impending renewal of your Membership and the upcoming charge to your designated payment method.

• We will attempt to charge the payment method on file for the Subscription Fee up to three (3) times. If these attempts are unsuccessful, your Membership will be cancelled, and all Membership benefits will be terminated immediately.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date and that the Subscription Fee can be successfully charged on the Renewal Date.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your Membership at any time by logging into your account on our website www.boweryave.com and following the cancellation procedures specified there.

• To avoid being charged for the next year’s Membership, you must cancel before the Renewal Date. Cancellations made after the Renewal Date will not result in a refund or pro-rated amount for the remaining period of the Membership.

• Upon cancellation, your Membership will remain active until the end of your current subscription period. You will lose access to all Membership benefits after your subscription period ends.

Changes to Subscription Policy

• We reserve the right to modify this Subscription Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Subscription Policy on our website.

• Your continued subscription to the Black Card Membership after such changes have been posted constitutes your agreement to the revised Subscription Policy.
